Veranda Room & Patio

(Reserved for weddings under 50 people, located at Dennis Vineyards)

The Veranda Room is an intimate venue that is perfect for weddings with your family and closest friends.  Our maximum capacity is 50 guests. The venue is set up so that the ceremony takes place under the covered patio and small gazebo. The dining takes place in the reception hall. As your guests mingle and eat, we will clean up the patio ceremony chairs to make room for a large dance floor. Unlike many small venues we have a bridal dressing suite and a catering kitchen with a private entrance. 

We allow you to bring in whomever you choose for your caterer, DJ, florist, etc. While we do have a list of recommended vendors we do not require that you use anyone on the list. This is YOUR wedding. 

 

Inclusions:

• Bridal dressing suite

• White ceremony chairs

• Upholstered dining room chairs

• Tables for dining and buffet

• Cream colored floor length linens

• Overlays in assorted colors

• Lantern style centerpieces

• Use of 1,500 sqft patio

• Set up of tables, chairs, linens

• Catering kitchen with private entrance

• Bartending (if you have wine or beer)

• Final clean-up at the end of the night

 

$1,699 + tax (you will have access to the facility from noon until 11:00pm. 

 

It is simply $200 down to hold your date then you have the choice of the below payment Options:

• Monthly Payments – up to 4 months of equal payments with no interest. 

• Payment In Full – pay in full at time of signing the contract and we will pay the taxes for you. 

 

**Since our winery will be open for regular business until 6:00pm, ceremonies must take place at 6:00pm or later**
